Seasonal Part Time position
with opportunity to become permanent position: Candidate must have availability to work at least one day of the weekend.
Seasonal position from November until January 4th 2026.

Main responsibilities:
Work under Sr. Pastry Cook in making entremets, cakes, tarts and assorted pastries and fillings
Prepare and decorate cakes, pastries, desserts and baked goods (including croissants and breads, specialty cakes, and other items as required)
Coordinate with front of house to ensure proper daily baked goods availability for our guests.
Contribute to custom cakes and dessert table production (working with fondant, tempered chocolate, etc)
Work closely with the Executive Chef in menu development and baking and pastry offerings.
Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and safe
Experience:
1+ Year previous experience in professional pastry kitchen
Completion of a baking + pastry program is a strong asset
Ideal Candidate:
Must LOVE food! We mean it.
Food Handler Certificate
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Must possess good attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure/fast paced environment
Knowledge of chocolate tempering is a strong asset
Ability to stand for extended period of time
Ability to lift up to 20kg
Ability to work morning shifts, weekdays, weekends, holidays
Ability to organize, prioritize, multitask and listen to instruction.
