What You'll Do
Install holiday lighting on residential homes
Work safely on ladders and elevated areas
Use basic tools (drills, cutters, pliers, clips, cords)
Troubleshoot
customer-supplied lights
(functionality, compatibility, safe installation options)
Measure, cut, and secure commercial-grade lighting systems
Work with a partner for safe ladder handling
Provide friendly, professional on-site customer service
Assist with light takedown in January (optional)

What We're Looking For
Comfortable working at heights
and using ladders safely
Basic tool experience and mechanical aptitude
Ability to work with and troubleshoot customer-supplied lights
Experience with exterior work, trades, roofing, landscaping, or construction is a strong asset
Able to work
outdoors in winter conditions
Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
Valid driver's license preferred
Able to lift and carry 40-50 lbs
Hours & Schedule
Seasonal part-time:
winter season
Flexible daytime hours
Weather-dependent with more hours during peak weeks
Additional work available with our painting division for those wanting more hours
Compensation
Typical pay range:
$22-$28 per hour
