2 all-star, highly skilled painters

who take pride in their craft and want to work in a professional, respectful environment.

Minimum Requirements

At least 1 full season of professional painting experience

Ability to work

full-time from May through August

Physically capable of working outdoors and performing labor-intensive work Reliable transportation to job sites Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

Required Skills & Knowledge

Exterior Painting

Proper surface prep (scraping, sanding, caulking, priming) Knowledge of exterior coatings and durability Clean, consistent finishes on siding, trim, doors, and fences

Interior Painting

Confident cutting-in and rolling Protecting floors, furniture, and fixtures Clean lines and smooth finishes

Staining & Sealing

Deck, fence, and wood staining experience Applying clear and solid sealers properly Understanding weather, moisture, and drying conditions

Ladder Placement & Safety

Proper setup and use of extension and step ladders Comfortable working at heights Awareness of safety practices at all times Ability to work efficiently

within budgeted timeframes

Pressure Washing

Safe and effective pressure washing of exterior surfaces Knowing proper PSI and techniques to avoid surface damage

Professional Expectations

Communicate professionally with clients Double-check production instructions directly with the owner Report any client questions or concerns immediately Consistently

Represent the company with professionalism and respect
