Our team is looking for motivated individuals to join us! We are looking for the most hard-working, motivated and fun people in Calgary, Alberta, who want to join a family of amazing staff for the 2023 spring/summer! Our Company specializes in exterior and interior painting projects throughout Calgary, Alberta, and the surrounding areas. We are looking for energetic, dedicated individuals to fill our painting and crew chief positions! In both positions you learn how to become a master at painting, ranging from the basics of prep work to paint application. The majority of our projects require the use of power sanders, airless sprayers, power washers, large extension ladders and aerial lifts. If you possess experience using such equipment, please indicate in your application. Painter: This role is a fun and challenging position that is ideal for someone wanting to get hands-on work experience and make money reflective of their efforts. The ideal individual is hard-working, coachable, and has effective communication skills. You will be required to work at heights or for long hours in warm weather, therefore endurance is an asset. Crew Chief: In addition to painting, you will gain experience in leadership and management skills. You will take on additional responsibilities for additional pay. This will include transporting ladders, commuting to and from the paint store, motivating your team, solving client issues, training additional painters, and managing other job-site tasks.
