We're looking for a Seasonal Operations Team Member to join our Calgary team for 3-month term and support key functions across our warehouse and production areas.

About the Role

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, hands-on environment. The Seasonal Operations Team Member will support areas such as shipping and receiving, warehouse organization, and production support. Working closely with the Operations Supervisor and team members, you'll play a vital role in keeping daily operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do

Support inventory and quality control by conducting cycle counts, staging products, and inspecting decorated items. Contribute to shipping and receiving by unpacking shipments, updating inventory systems, preparing labels, and coordinating pickups. Help maintain warehouse organization, including layout planning, labeling, and cleanliness. Provide production support: stage decals, operate heat press equipment, and assist with routine maintenance. Step in to support other operational areas during absences or peak times. Keep accurate records of inventory, shipments, and production support tasks.
What We're Looking For

Experience in warehousing, logistics, or production support is an asset but not required. Comfortable using inventory systems and Excel. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping. Familiarity with preparing shipping documentation and labels. Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn heat-press equipment. A positive team player with strong communication skills. Flexible and adaptable to changing tasks and priorities. Physically capable of lifting and moving packages safely.
