This is a Seasonal Equipment Operator position from Mid-March 2024 to end of June 2024.

What you will do:

• Operate John Deere 4365 Floater applying dry granular fertilizer on hay and crop land fields
• Perform daily maintenance and inspection.
• Calibrate and set monitors for application rates.
• Operate GSP and field mapping system.
• Maintain application records.
• Clean the floater.
• Interact with customers in a professional manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What you will bring:

• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Valid Canadian driver\'s license - Class 3 preferred
• Good understanding of equipment maintenance.
• Experience with farm equipment/application equipment is an asset.
• Willing and able to work long hours during busy spring, planting/application season.
• Able to lift/carry up to 50lbs
