Job title: Seasonal Labourer (Oct 1 '25 - Apr 30 '26)

Work Schedule: 14 days on and 14 days off - 12-hour shift daily

Location: Gogama, ON (Cote Gold Site)

Job Overview:

The Seasonal Labourer will be responsible for performing skilled manual labour and supporting the Field Supervisor. The primary responsibility of this role is snow removal. Please note that the position is physically demanding and requires working outdoors in the challenging winter conditions of Northern Ontario. This is a seasonal role running from October 2025 to April 2026.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Snow removal and road maintenance. Equipment Operator experience is an asset. Follow instructions from the Supervisor to perform manual labour tasks. Clean and perform preparation of the worksite. Operate various hand and power tools to complete projects. Fueling machinery and dewatering site. Material handling Help with setting up and transferring temporary structures (I.e., scaffolding) Will be a spotter for Equipment Operators. Perform additional tasks as required.

Education/Quali?cations:

High School diploma or GED required. Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred. Good communication skills required. Must be able to work independently and with others. Valid surface miner common core is an asset. However, if hired this would be required to obtain. G Class Driver's license with clean driving record (abstract required if hired). Must be conversant with OHSA regulations and comply with the site safety plan and rules.

Work Schedule and Environment:

14 days in and 14 days out rotation - 12 hours shift daily. Working outside as required for Site Services and working indoors as required when completing new construction and ongoing maintenance. Primarily Snow removal work. Physically demanding.
