Seasonal Kiosk Associate at Oshawa Centre Mall

We are seeking passionate Kiosk Associates to join our village at our

Oshawa Centre Mall

location at Thermea Spa Village

Reporting to the Marketing and Community Relations Manager, the

Kiosk Associate

will operate one of Thermea Spa Village's temporary kiosks during the holiday period. The primary objective of the incumbent will be to promote and sell various spa products and services that meet the needs of our customers and our sales targets.

Inform customers about Thermea Spa Village's various services and products; Identify customers needs while creating sales opportunities; Assist with the sales and purchase of Thermea gift certificates Maintain heavy customer traffic; Responsible for the opening and closing of the kiosk; Perform other related duties.

Profile

What we're looking for

Demonstrates a high level of aptitude in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) and is adept at learning new technologies; Experience with using a POS system; Excellent communication skills; Ability to handle stress in a fast paced environment; Versatile, thorough, and autonomous; Shows initiative; Punctuality and reliability; Professional and collaborative attitude; Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time.

Requirements

High school diploma; One-year experience in customer service; Experience in sales;

Work Schedule & Locations:

Full-time and / or part-time - Variable hours (Days, evenings, weekends and holidays required).


Be available from early-November to December 31, 2025
