We are hiring seasonal host/expos for the upcoming busy Christmas season.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly as they enter the restaurant Manage reservations and seating chart to optimize table turnover Escort guests to their tables and provide menus Answer phone calls and assist with customer inquiries Coordinate with servers and management to ensure smooth dining service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front entrance and host stand Monitor wait times and communicate effectively with guests and staff Assist in busing and clearing tables as needed to support the team and maintain a clean dining area

Qualifications:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Friendly, professional, and positive attitude Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Weekend availability is a must, as our busiest services are Saturday and Sunday brunch
