The successful candidate will help enhance the customer experience, assist with marketing initiatives, and support outdoor events, while maintaining a professional and welcoming presence at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the "Seller" function for Simon Property Group retail products, payment products, and other center programs.
Represent Simon to customers by providing high-quality, efficient, and friendly service.
Maintain the professional appearance of Simon Guest Services, ensuring that all marketing materials and signage are current and well-presented.
Provide directions, information, and assistance to shoppers and tenants.
Support outdoor promotional efforts, events, and seasonal activities, including set-up and execution.
Assist the marketing department with social media content creation and administrative support.
Perform "roving" concierge duties to proactively engage shoppers throughout the center, including outdoor areas.
Maintain and organize marketing materials, lost and found items, and inventory supplies.
Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and Business Development to ensure staff training and adherence to policies.
Requirements:
1-month seasonal availability
(specific start and end dates to be discussed during the interview).
Monday-Friday availability is required; occasional weekend support may be requested.
Comfortable working outdoors
in varying weather conditions.
Minimum High School Diploma required; Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
1-2 years of guest services, reception, or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
Basic social media experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Fluent in English; proficiency in another language is an asset (French, Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, or German).
Proof of valid Canadian citizenship or permanent residency required.
