As a member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for interacting with our customers and assisting them with placing phone or online orders. You will also work with the team to process these orders, obtain payments and prepare them for our warehouse team.
The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills and is looking to join a company with a product they are proud of. Along with the rest of the customer service team, you will represent the company with a strong sales focus and strive for the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Although this position is seasonal there is the opportunity for it to become permanent for a strong candidate.
Duties
Engage with customers through email and phone capture orders.
Utilize effective phone etiquette to establish rapport and trust with clients.
Provide feedback to customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Upsell additional products or services based on customer inquiries and interests.
Maintain accurate data entry of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email or chat.
Enter in sales orders into an ERP system.
Manage retail website in conjunction with Director of Sales & Marketing. (future responsibility)
Qualifications
Experience in sales administration or order desk
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in English.
Excellent command of Microsoft Office suite
Experience in Call Center environment
Experience with Sage 300 software beneficial
Ability to work with limited direction
Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
Ability to complete several concurrent tasks at a time
