Requirements:


Valid driver's license Access to a vehicle High school diploma Preferably some experience with hands-on work (no professional experience necessary) Full-time commitment (40-50 hours weekly) Strong communication skills Coachable




Responsibilities:



Responsible for the overall completion of projects - start to finish at a high standard of quality Daily cleanliness of site and project Customer focus - constant communication with homeowners and business owner * Project management - looking to show initiative in day to day responsibilities
