Cavendish Agri Services supports farmers in growing healthy and productive crops. We have 7 manufacturing/retail locations serving Atlantic Canada. Our primary products include fertilizers, crop protectants and technical expertise.

Reporting to the Plant Supervisor, the successful candidate will be a results-driven, self-starter who is always looking for opportunities for improvement, and has the ability to adapt to a fast paced, dynamic work environment.

It is a

SEASONAL

position from the beginning of April to the beginning of June.

Wage - $19 - $22/hour based on your experience

Work Location - Charlottetown, PE.

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license of Class 3A or higher (Class 1) and clean driver abstract Perform all tasks with safety being the number one priority Availability to work extended hours, evenings and weekends. High degree of attention to detail. Able to work well independently and follow safety, quality control, and operating procedures at all times. Able to communicate with customers in a professional manner. Able to speak, read, and write the English language proficiently.

Key responsibilities:

Perform vehicle inspections; clean and perform mandatory maintenance to equipment including basic troubleshooting Hauling fertilizer and crop inputs to local farms and between Agri Branch locations Ensure completion of paperwork Represent the company in a professional, positive and pleasant manner Other duties as assigned.
