Class 1 Truck Drivers (Seasonal Contract)

Salary range $29-$41.35

FALL FERTILIZER season is coming to the Prairies! We are looking for experienced Class 1 drivers to join us for the month of October! Seasonal Drivers are provided return airfare. Contracts are 3-6 weeks in duration. Guaranteed Semi-monthly pay in effect! Apply for details. Available work: Option 1: Product: Anhydrous Ammonia (NH3)
Rate of Pay: per trip pay equivalent to *$33.35 when hauling product; $29/hr work rate
Work Schedule Highlights:

• assigned to excess hours permit - eligible to work ~13 days at federal HOS followed by 36-hour reset
• hotel room provided for on-road reset OR room provided in Brandon camp facility
• hot breakfast and bag lunch provided while at the Brandon Terminal;

Option 2: Product: Liquid Fertilizer
Rate of Pay: per trip pay equivalent to *$29/hr
Work Schedule Highlights:

• hotel room provided for on-road reset OR room provided in Brandon camp facility
• hot breakfast and bag lunch provided while at the Brandon Terminal

Option 3: Product: Dry Fertilizer and other dry bulk commodities in hoppers
Rate of Pay: per trip pay equivalent to *$30.90/hr when hauling product; $29/hr work rate
Work Schedule Highlights:

• drivers maximize federal hours of service working schedule 1 - 70 hours/36-hour reset
• hotel room provided for on-road reset OR room provided in Brandon camp facility
• hot breakfast and bag lunch provided while at the Brandon Terminal

• Pay is per trip. Trip pay is equivalent to established hourly rates with excess load/unload/delay time paid at work rate of $29/hr.

Other notables

• 3% of gross earnings paid upon completion of the contract (based on incident-free driving)
• Hauling throughout Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Alberta
• Primarily pulling Super-B and some Triaxle and Tandem trailers
• Hauling NH3 requires specific PPE including respirator requiring fit test (clean shaven)
• Brandon terminal and yard has free wifi access for drivers
• Drivers assigned dedicated equipment
• Opportunity to extend to full-time or full-time rotational following successful seasonal contract

You bring?
