Availability requirements: must be available to work at least one weekend day/evening (Saturday or Sunday)

A day in the life:

Provide a positive, engaging and memorable experience for all our customers Welcome our customers with a warm and friendly greeting as they enter the store Provide each and every customer with your undivided attention when they are at your station Maintain a clean, organized and stocked workstation Ensure transactions are processed efficiently and accurately by following store procedures Take every opportunity to offer gift wrapping, gift bags, gift cards and accessories that may complement the customer's purchase During slow periods, help with restocking and facing the shelves so that the store is always looking its best

Skills:

Understanding and experience using various POS systems Verbal and written communication skills Accuracy and efficiency when processing transactions Ability to lift 30lbs Customer Service and selling skills

Qualifications:

1-2 years retail or customer service experience Serving it Right certificate

Pay: $17.85-$20.25 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
