BlueTuskr is a dynamic full-service digital marketing agency for e-commerce sellers. We are currently looking for an expert, talented, and process driven Search Engine Advertising Manager to join our rapidly growing and amazing team!
SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
In a nutshell, the Search Engine Advertising Manager will be responsible for all SEM aspects of paid advertising for BlueTuskr's clients as well as BlueTuskr itself. The role involves diving deep into our client's different data points across multiple channels to ensure their money is being used as efficiently as possible and reporting on all paid advertising efforts.
More specifically, tasks will include :
- Managing search engine paid advertising campaigns (Search, PMAX, Shopping, Display, Youtube, etc.)
- Developing in-depth strategies leveraging multiple paid advertising channels
- Bringing fresh perspectives and strategic thinking to drive results and proactively solve problems
- Creating and executing robust reporting to showcase current results and target KPIs
- Contributing to marketing and creative brainstorming initiatives
- Identifying and proposing internal/external ideas and initiatives to help promote general awareness of the client's brand
- Consistently managing and optimizing all SEM paid advertising campaigns
- Overseeing the different contractors that work with the department
ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate has agency experience as well as e-commerce experience and is familiar with most search engine advertising channels. Knowledge of Google and Microsoft Ads is a must. The candidate should also be familiar with Google Merchant Center and Google Analytics. Experience with Google Tag Manager, Asana, Slack, and Databox are a plus.
The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented, analytical, innovative, and out-of-the-box thinker who strives for excellence, enjoys challenges, and LOVES data-diving.
Essentially, the candidate we're looking for will have experience in most paid advertising channels and can provide examples of the different channels they've managed as well as the success they've had. He or she will also seek to have a broader role in the success of the business by being involved in the strategic marketing function.
SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 - 5 years experience in search engine paid advertising
- 3 - 5 years of experience in a marketing agency
- 3 - 5 years of experience in the e-commerce industry
- Some client facing experience
- Experience managing a small team
- Relevant Google Ads Certifications
- Knowledge of a majority of the above listed paid advertising channels
- Demonstrated ability to present metrics and also thoroughly explain what is working and what isn't
- Skills in Google Sheets and other reporting platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and accounts at the same time
- Knowledge of marketing paid advertising best practices
- Strong teamwork, time management, and project management skills
- Demonstrated initiative
- Ability to think creatively and problem solve when faced with new challenges
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, and deliver quality work in an efficient manner
- Willingness to expand knowledge and continue education in the paid advertising field
