We are looking for a motivated and results-driven

360 Recruiter

to join our team. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, including business development, client management, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with excellent people skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition & Relationship Management



Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand client hiring needs and provide consultative recruitment solutions. Negotiate terms of business and ensure client satisfaction throughout the process.

Candidate Sourcing & Recruitment



Write and post job advertisements on relevant platforms. Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, headhunting, and internal databases. Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and reference checks. Match candidates to suitable roles based on skills, experience, and cultural fit. Manage candidate experience from initial contact through to offer and onboarding. Maintaining a strong network of top performers in areas of specialization

Process & Administration



Maintain accurate records on the recruitment CRM/system. Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and company policies. Provide regular updates to clients and candidates throughout the hiring process. Meet or exceed individual and team targets.

Required Skills & Experience:



Proven experience as a 360 recruiter, recruitment consultant, or similar role. Strong sales or business development experience (especially in agency settings). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using recruitment tools (Manatal preferred) systems. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple roles simultaneously. Strong network across industry and candidate profiles Post Secondary Degree an asset

Pay: $70,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
