Seamstress/Production Helper

Key Responsibilities:

Sew garments according to specified patterns and designs, ensuring accuracy and high-quality workmanship. Follow pattern instructions and garment construction directions precisely for efficient production. Heat press logos and designs onto garments, ensuring clean and accurate application. Maintain organization and cleanliness of work area to ensure a safe and efficient workspace. Cleaning and disinfection your work area for other co-workers to use. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Be flexible and adaptable to varying tasks and roles as needed in the production process.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a

seamstress or in a production-related sewing role, preferably in Sportswear or Apparel manufacturing is a must.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow and read pattern instructions for garment construction. Ability to heat press and apply designs accurately to garments. Experience with a variety of sewing machines and garment production tools. Flexibility to assist with a range of tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic production environment. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Typical Working Environment:

Physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As part of the manufacturing process, it can get noisy during production hours.

Communication between the team is a must

due to customer deadlines and ensuring a smooth process throughout each order.
