As our innovative business continues to rapidly grow, we are seeking for a full-time Seafood Cutter/Filleter for the Seafood Processing Division at our Richmond location. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, this position is responsible for processing fish. If you are able to work in a cool, fast-paced environment and can work under pressure with minimal supervision, we would love to hear from you!
Position: Full-Time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday - Friday. Start time can be between 4am-7am. 8-hour shift. Potential overtime and weekend work.
Wage: Starting from $20/hour
Duties & Responsibilities:Cut and trim fish, which also involves pin boning Responsible for the processing of orders in the processing department Cleaning and sanitizing Some other tasks required by the processing supervisor

Requirements:Reliable means of transportation Must have previous experience in cutting/filleting seafood. Ability to lift 40 lbs. Ability to walk and stand for long periods Basic knife skill is an asset Comfortable working in a cooler/freezer environment Reliable, hardworking, punctual, a team player and committed to delivering the job.
