Position Overview
We are seeking a friendly and knowledgeable individual with a passion for seafood to join our team as a Full-Time Seafood Clerk. In this role, you will assist customers, showcase our products, and ensure the overall success of our store operations. This position is ideal for someone looking for a long-term opportunity to grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with their purchases and inquiries in a courteous manner.
• Learn about our business and products to provide accurate information to customers.
• Showcase products with attention to detail and presentation.
• Pack orders for local delivery, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Maintain shelves and showcases, restocking products as needed.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Perform cleaning duties throughout the store to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is an asset.
• Knowledge of seafood products and industry trends preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Assist with additional tasks as required.
