Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Sea Urchin (uni) Processing Specialist (Technician) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing production processes, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of sea urchin manufacturing processes. The Sea Urchin Processing Technician will work closely with production teams to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements.

Responsibilities

Monitor and control production processes to ensure optimal performance. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and processes to identify areas for improvement. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during production. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements. Maintain accurate documentation of process parameters and changes. Train and support production staff on best practices and process standards. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the production cycle.

Experience

Previous experience as a Sea Urchin Processing Technician or in a similar role within a sea urchin (uni) manufacturing environment is preferred. Strong understanding of sea urchin roe (uni) process optimization techniques and methodologies. Familiarity with quality control standards and safety regulations is essential. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with team members across various departments. A background in fishing or related technical fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
