In this role, you will be responsible for taking Brownfield plant content, formatting it according to the SDx configuration, loading documents, and tags as part of content extraction for multiple plants within SDx.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze plant specifications and engineering content to identify tag and document naming patterns.
• Analyze quality of existing plant engineering content to identify loading issues (file quality, naming inconsistencies, specification compliance, etc.).
• Develop load sheets based on Plant Document and Tag Data sets and load them into SDx.
• Create or modify Macros and/or automations to improve speed and accuracy of load sheet content.
• Compare plant naming patterns and classification hierarchy with current SDx configuration
• Manage content extraction rules at the plant configuration level.
• Execute content extraction on agreed document types.
• Maintain the plant configuration level tag and document ENS elements.
• Report progress of loading operations to Delivery Lead and participate in meetings.
• Work independently in a complex and unstructured environment.
• Escalate configuration and product issues to Delivery Lead as required.

• 5+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in configuring Hexagon SPF/SPO or SDx software in an Engineering Document Management or Engineering Information Systems environment
• Direct domain experience working for Owner / Operators or EPC\xe2\x80\x99s, including:

• engineering information standards (e.g., tag and document classification, tag and document metadata, tag and document states).
• engineering information management processes.
• understanding of the engineering information lifecycle and how this supports Engineering, Construction, C&SU, Operations, Maintenance & Reliability, etc.
• Existing engineering information management system(s), databases and legacy data.
• Experience in requirements analysis and business analyst work.
• Ability to identify opportunities for automation to enhance current processes and procedures
• Understanding of Excel Macro capability and how to use it for data analysis
• Can work independently with limited oversight to deliver project tasks according to agreed schedules

• MS Access and or SQL coding experience
• Experience using Hexagon Fusion and/or SPIOP software
• Experience loading data into SPF/SPO or SDx using load files
