Capgemini hiring fulltime Scrum Master / Project Manager in Toronto, Canada

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the implementation of multiple concurrent initiatives of varying complexity in a time-efficient manner. Monitor and control activities according to plan.
  • Plan and manage project deliverables including managing the project scope, requirements change, multiple and competing demands and priorities as well as determining and conveying impact on budget, time and risk using appropriate fact-based metrics/assumptions.
  • Ensure delivery of solutions and services meet requirements, including internal security standards.
  • Continuously identify potential issues, conflicts, and risks. Analyze, mitigate, and escalate where appropriate along with setting up appropriate governance framework.
  • Establish strong working relationships across technical / business units and platforms to build influence and impact with key business partners.
  • Collaborate with groups to define and achieve deliverables and ensure initiatives are effectively integrated into RBC procedures and processes.
  • Manage and report project and program financials periodically to Project Stakeholders and Risk IT leaders
Required Skills
  • Undergraduate degree coupled with change management experience in complex programs with high frequency of requests and multiple priorities.
  • Hands-on experience managing JIRA board and Confluence.
  • Agile certified.
  • Strong organizational, project coordination and time management capabilities.
  • Ability to articulate complex issues concisely and communicate effectively and comfortably with all levels of management.
  • Demonstrated ability in written and oral communication skills along with strong presentation skills.
  • Advanced project management knowledge including plan development; scheduling methodology; project metrics gathering, analyzing, and reporting; risk and issue assessment and quantification methodologies; cost/benefit analysis and alternatives identification; budgeting, financials, and communications management.
