Scrum Master Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on specific project methods. Prepares training materials, training sessions on project delivery methodology in accordance with guidelines. Acquires, customizes, documents, integrates, communicates and implements comprehensive IT standards and guidelines. General Skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge and experience with Agile Information and Information Technology (I&IT) methods and techniques associated with the development and implementation of enterprise architecture frameworks \xe2\x80\xa2 Communication, facilitation, negotiation, consensus building, and problem-solving skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrated commitment and proven ability to do effective stakeholder management \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledgeable and experience in Agile methodology and ability to educate others \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience facilitating the relationships between the Agile team and product owner and maintaining a safe working environment for the team by helping with conflict resolution \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience leading the Agile methodology and development teams in self-organization and identifying and filling in blanks in the framework \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience mentoring and coaching the teams on removing impediments \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience capturing feedback and documenting sprint reviews to administer project goals and improve team performance Desirable Skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Project Methodology certifications such as Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Lean Six Sigma Black/Green/Yellow Belt, etc.
