What you will be doing:
Facilitate scrum ceremonies as needed
Work on complex products or value streams with IT and other stakeholders
Define and develop innovative processes
Lead process management and improvement practices
Support product owners to ensure targets are clearly understood
Effectively manage product backlogs
Scrum Master for 2 teams
Remove impediments for the Team and the Product Owner
Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies and related workshops
Reinforcing Scrum practices
Process Management and Improvement \xe2\x80\x93 collaborate with other Scrum Masters and champion on-going process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Agile and Scrum Master role
Team Building \xe2\x80\x93 Ensuring a good working relationship between team members, promote empowerment of the team, ensuring that each team member is fully engaged in their work and in the project.
What you must have:
Experience working in Scrum
Relevant certifications
In-depth understanding of agile principles and scrum frameworks
Ability to analyze and resolve a wide range of impediments that are strategic, organizational or technical in nature
Nice to have:
Background in project management
