The Principal Direction (DP) of Software Engineering is a cross-functional unit that offers IT capabilities to the various delivery towers at the Bank. It provides them with accelerators for their projects and supports them in the implementation of best practices.

Within this unit, you will support 2 teams:
  • Pipeline as a Product (PaaP), a Governance as Code team, made up of around fifteen full stack developers, whose mission is to offer software solutions to the Bank's technical contributors to help them focus on their primary mission: to deliver value to our customers!
  • SSDLC platform, a project team, made up of around ten contributors of various profiles, who are in the process of creating the SSDLC platform of tomorrow at the Bank. Their first task is to integrate GitHub SaaS into it.
Being a Scrum Master in these teams means supporting transversal teams that serve the entire Bank on a daily basis. It also means supporting Product Owners (POs), collaborating with other stakeholders, and thus facilitating the continuous improvement of the entire group.

Required Skills
  • Rigor in the management of the backlog and ceremonies
  • Experience of at least 2 to 5 years as a Scrum Master in a context of delivery of complex digital solutions
  • Very good communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Jira
  • Functionally bilingual, spoken and written (English and French), as you will regularly deal with partners (clients, service providers, consultants) across Canada and Thailand
  • Improve your chances of success through your servant leadership and a natural ability to manage change.

  • Be able to work with several teams in Scrum
  • Understanding of technical challenges
  • A continuous desire to learn and evolve.
