The Coalition is looking for a highly creative, passionate, and motivated Moments Lead. The Moments Lead will be accountable for the creation of high quality, spectacle and level specific storytelling content. This role will work closely with Narrative and Realization (Cinematics and Scripted Sequences) to execute on the visual experience of the story as the player progresses. The candidate should be well versed working in-engine as well as out and has a keen technical as well as creative eye.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for working closely with the Realization and Story directors to ensure the plan and vision of each moment is aligned with the overall level direction.
• Working in engine to help prototype visual storytelling techniques and concepts.
• Gather feedback from stakeholders and turn it into actionable plans by holding regular reviews and provide clear, meaningful feedback to stakeholders
• Partner closely with narrative design, tools and cinematic tech teams to align on the features and vision for each Moment technique required.
• Responsible for stage directing previsualization, mocap and virtual camera work.
• Help establish and drive the pipelines, processes and methods necessary to take a Scripted Sequence from ideation through to final in-engine assets
• Work closely with production to prioritize and plan, setting clear, achievable goals and expectations.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or Certificate in Design, Fine Arts, Human Computer Interaction, Visual Communications or related art field AND 4+ years experience in art design or a related art field working on computer games or entertainment

OR equivalent experience. * 2+ years\' experience working in Unreal Engine

• 4+ years working with multi-disciplinary content teams
• 4+ years working on shipped game titles

Preferred Qualifications:

• Awareness of current game and technical trends with a vision for the future.
• Gameplay Animation and/or Tech experience
• Virtual production experience
• Cinematography and/or Layout experience
• Experience in AAA game production
