We are committed to our customer relationships and that starts with our commitment to our great team. We are now hiring a Screen Printer! Key Skills will include:

• Able to work independently and as a member of a team
• Have a strong understanding of English language in verbal and written formats
• Dependable and able to work additional hours if needed
• Must have a keen eye for detail and quality control and be able to adjust print specifications for various substrates and garment type
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Screen printing Responsibilities include:

• Establish and maintain work flow according to schedule \xe2\x80\x93 Record print production details.
• Set-up and operation of manual and/or automated printing presses
• Troubleshoot problems in the printing process
• Screen Prep for production
• Colour mixing and matching
• Quality check all printed work
• Maintain a clean work environment
• Clean, maintain and service equipment as required
• Examining work orders to determine estimated printing times, ink, and material quantities
• Drying, folding, and packing completed articles after the run
• Selecting screen size, degreasing agents and emulsion coatings
• Loading screen into printer
