Mac\'s Traders is a family owned and operated Scrap Metal Recycling facility located in Langley. Current Opening: Scrap Metal Processor (Full Time Position) No experience required! We will train you! Our STARTING wage is $22-25 per hour (dependent on previous experience and job performance), WITH Extended Health & Dental Benefits included after the first 90 days. Wage can increase rapidly within a short period of time based on performance. Current Shifts Available: \xc2\xb7 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday \xc2\xb7 9am to 5pm Tuesday to Saturday **Please note: This work is conducted primarily outdoors (sun/rain/snow)** GENERAL WORK DUTIES:
- Identifying and processing of various metals *we will train you*
- General customer assistance including unloading of various metals
- Use of power tools such as chop saws/grinders/cutting torches *will train*
- Quality control/assurance during sorting/processing stages
- Opportunity to run equipment such as forklift, bobcat, baler, alligator shear
- General computer operation & data entry
- General cleaning/organizing/sweeping of work areas
- Currently residing in Canada/Local
- Fluent in verbal and written English
- Basic numerical skills
- Basic computer understanding
- Steel toed boots
- Reliable mode of transportation
- Physical stamina and strength
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Capable of lifting 40 lbs minimum
- Teamwork and communication skills
