BRIEF INTRODUCTION



As a Branch Operations Assistant you will provide operations and administrative support to the Branch Management Team and the Advisor teams.



IS THIS ROLE RIGHT FOR YOU

In the role you will:



Be instrumental in management of the daily administrative operations of the branch Manage client account activities and ensuring compliance standards are met Assisting with the execution of implementation of procedures to ensure compliance with corporate policies and industry regulations

Superior customer service skills Financial Industry experience Strong organization with the ability to manage multiple priorities Strong written and oral communication skills

In addition to French, the successful candidate must also have sufficient knowledge of English, as the work involves interacting and collaborating regularly with groups and individuals based in Toronto, as well as constantly interacting with other people, including clients, who speak English, locally and elsewhere."
