Primary Responsibilities

Design and enhance products across varying levels of technical complexity. Coordinate development activities to meet business and customer requirements, ensuring timelines, budgets, and resource planning are respected while providing regular progress updates. Provide hands-on technical support during manufacturing scale-up and process transfer activities. Prepare, update, and maintain documentation and procedures related to formulation and R&D activities. Monitor technical performance and development progress, identify potential risks, and recommend appropriate solutions. Act as a technical point of contact for client-facing discussions related to product development activities. Participate in or lead technical investigations related to formulation issues, raw materials, quality deviations, validation concerns, and customer complaints. Conduct scientific and technical literature research to support development decisions. Draft and review study protocols, development reports, and other technical documentation. Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Analytical Laboratory teams during troubleshooting and investigation activities.

Education, Skills and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related scientific field. Minimum of 4-5 years of hands-on experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Demonstrated ability to manage priorities independently with a proactive mindset. Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. Results-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
