Job Responsibilities

Responsabilites du poste Le scientifique de recherche (Immunochimie) est responsable de coordonner et d'effectuer toutes les activites de developpement et de validation de methodes bioanalytiques selon les demandes du client et dans les delais requis.


Elabore, valide et optimise les methodes bioanalytiques en utilisant des techniques analytiques. Traite, analyse et interprete les donnees bioanalytiques. Est responsable de trouver des solutions aux problemes lies a l'utilisation des methodes bioanalytiques. Participe a l'amelioration des processus pour les activites de laboratoire (developpement et validation de methode, et analyse d'echantillons). Redige et revise des MON de methode bioanalytique. Parcoure la litterature scientifique afin de guider l'elaboration de methodes bioanalytiques. Consigne les activites relatives au developpement et a la validation de methodes bioanalytiques. Pourrait participer a la formation d'employes liee a la recherche et au developpement et a la validation. Participe a la veille concurrentielle en elaborant et en evaluant de nouveaux instruments analytiques. Coordonne les ressources utilisees lors du developpement et de la validation de methodes bioanalytiques. Effectue des taches de soutien pour repondre aux besoins des utilisateurs de laboratoire. Pourrait effectuer tout le traitement des echantillons biologiques et toutes les activites d'analyse. Pourrait superviser le travail du scientifique de recherche adjoint. Responsable d'effectuer les activites conformement aux politiques, modes operatoires normalises et guides d'operation en vigueur de l'entreprise et de la division, et d'effectuer d'autres taches assignees par la direction.
