Summary

Our Marketing team is looking for a new Scientific Marketing Specialist to join them in contributing to STEMCELL\'s mission of improving lives through advancing knowledge and scientific discovery.

As Scientific Marketing Specialist, you will support the Immunology team by developing marketing strategies, creating helpful and engaging content, launching new products, and promoting content via various channels (e.g. social media, emails, webinars). This role has a highly collaborative component and will require communication with various Scientific, Marketing, and Product Management teams. Duties and Responsibilities

Plan and execute strategic marketing campaigns to support the delivery of STEMCELL\'s brand strategies and support the achievement of sales and marketing goals

Ensure newly launched products are available and appropriately highlighted on our website with all applicable information, performance data, supporting documentation, and associations with existing categories, products, and content

Create, maintain, and promote marketing content including lead-generating activities, product pages and other website content, social media content, brochures, videos, web and print advertisements, sales tools, tradeshow booth graphics, and other promotional materials

Track, review, and report progress of marketing campaigns and tactics with supervisor and campaign project teams; identify and report bottlenecks and delays, and update status of assigned tasks in the project management system

Knowledge and Qualifications

MSc in the life sciences with 2-3 years of relevant experience, or PhD in the life sciences with 0-1 years of relevant experience; a background in Immunology or Immuno-oncology is preferred

Experience in a marketing, writing, copy-editing, or communications role is considered an asset

Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation) both in one-on-one and in group settings, and technical writing skills appropriate for scientific and marketing materials

Detail-oriented with proven ability to meticulously copy-edit materials

Strong independent and group project management and organizational skills
