Who are we?Assure Community Services provides family support services to children and families in Calgary and Area. We believe that children and families thrive when we approach them using a developmental, attachment-based pedagogy within a framework of trauma-informed care. We provide supported visitation, youth work (one-to-one support), and transportation services.Major Responsibilities: As a Transportation Provider, you will ensure that children are safe and well cared for while you transport them to various destinations such as school, therapy sessions and visits with their biological families.Availability Needed: We need people:-Who can do ONGOING: -AM transports (between 7:30am-9:15am) AND PM transports (between 2:00-4:00pm) 5 days per week Mondays to Fridays (including 12:00pm-1:30pm school transports on Fridays)OR - PM transports (between 2:00-4:00pm) 5 days per week Mondays to Fridays (including 12:00pm-1:30pm school transports on Fridays)Qualifications and Requirements:

• Experience working with children and families
• An ability to be highly organized, energetic, and flexible
• Who are able to drive to locations throughout Calgary and outside Calgary
• Who will be on time for shifts and ensure the safety of the child during transition to/from school.
• Who are able to identify concerns during transportation and appropriately respond to the concern.
• Current First Aid certification
• CPR level C
• Valid class 5 driver's license and 5 years driving experience in Canada
• Driver's abstract
• $2 million vehicle liability insurance
• Current (within 6 months) criminal record check including vulnerable sector
• Alberta Intervention Record Check
