Voyago is hiring School Bus Drivers for our Ottawa locations. (Stittsville, Dunrobin, Kanata, Barrhaven, Nepean and west end of Ottawa)

This is a split shift (2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon) so being CLOSE to our school coverage area is essential. This job begins in September - training underway for the 2025/2026 school year.

Your role:

You are responsible for safely transporting what we call "the most precious cargo" to and from school Ensure students' safety while boarding and exiting buses. Be responsible for performing pre/post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure optimal vehicle safety. Help fuel and maintain the cleanliness of the bus.

Requirements

Your profile

You are safety focused You hold a valid minimum full Ontario G class drivers license, Preference will be given to B class drivers. You are 21 years of age or over. You possess clean driving record and criminal record search with vulnerable sector screening You have a sound knowledge of the Ottawa West region and surrounding areas You have the ability to work independently You are available for the required split shifts of 4-5 hours total, that could run: Monday - Friday between 6:30am - 9:30am and 1:30pm - 5pm. You possess solid communication skills. There will be a pre-hire driving skills and radio communication assessment.

We offer a competitive hourly pay of $21.00 when driving passengers and $17.20 for other work. Pay increase in September 2025 - Set up your interview today for more details on this!! You will be compensated for a 4 hour minimum daily split if you take the morning and afternoon for a full route. Opportunities are available with charters for extra hours The FT full comprehensive benefit package is available if you work 30+ hours or more per week. Most routes are 20-25 hours per week.
