Overview
Parsons & Sons Transportation Ltd. are seeking reliable and safety-conscious School Bus Drivers to join our transportation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to their destinations while providing excellent customer service.
Duties
- Operate a bus following a set schedule and route
- Ensure the safety of passengers during transit
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking as needed
- Maintain a clean and presentable bus interior
- Communicate effectively with passengers and address any inquiries or concerns
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus
- Adhere to traffic laws and regulations at all times
Requirements
- Possession of a NL Class 2 Licence (Will be willing to train candidates based on their performance during the interview process)
- In Possession of, or be willing to successfully have a Clear Criminal Conduct Check with Vulnerable Sector Attachment
- Have applied, or be in possession of a Satisfactory Driver's Abstract Form
- In possession of, or would be willing to undergo First Aid Training, in addition to training modules offered by the transportation department of NL Schools
- Strong customer service skills to interact positively with passengers

Pay: From $575.00 per week
