Salary:

We are looking for an organized, analytical Scheduling and Administration Coordinator with exceptional communication and problem solving skills to prepare staff schedules and perform a variety of day-to-day office and administrative tasks. This position operates in a fast paced environment and is an integral part of ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities. Key tasks include but are not limited to: Scheduling

  • Producing unionized staff schedules \xe2\x80\x93 65%
Administrative Support \xe2\x80\x93 35%
  • Provide Administrative support to Doctors and Management Team
  • Provide information by answering questions and requests to Doctors and Management Team
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments. Taking minutes as required.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Research and create presentations
  • Provide logistical support for the planning and execution of internal and external company events
  • Maintain computer and manual filing systems
Qualifications The successful candidate has:
  • Proven admin or assistant experience
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
