OBJECTIVE OF THE MISSION :

Objective of the mission is to provide the construction schedule for Lakeshore Corridor for E&M, coordinated with Civil Works (CJV) and considering access to the railway corridor that is used either for the construction or the O&M (operation and maintenance) activities as well as for Freight operation by CN and CP.

DESCRIPTION OF THE MANDATE

• Clear the methodology with internal and external stakeholders. Methodology will include structure, level of detail, cost and resource loading structure, and progress measurement principles.
• Summarize the Overall Gantt Chart (first phase)
• Detailed Gantt Chart for first section to be completed (second phase)
• Full Detailed Gantt Chart for remaining 5 sections (third phase)
• Full Detailed Gantt Chart loaded with hours, material (main ones) and plants (main ones) (forth and last phase)

• Bachelor\'s degree in civil engineering or telecommunication or construction would fit
• More than 5 years of experiences of handling multifaceted projects
• A very good understanding of the utilization of Oracle Primavera 6 Cloud
• Import / Export between P6 and EXCEL to feed / update P6 program Understanding of the works to be scheduled, mainly related to railway signaling, telecommunications, electrification, hardware and software implementation (Rail knowledge is an asset)
• Diagrams for linear works produced with TILOS will be appreciated but not a mandatory pre-requisite for the mission.
