Scheduling Coordinator

to champion the Construction team and bring the organization to the next level.

This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules using Microsoft Project, tracking labor and resource time, and ensuring alignment with construction milestones. The Scheduling Coordinator will work closely with the Construction Manager and project teams to ensure timely delivery and efficient resource allocation across multiple job sites.

YOUR

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules in Microsoft Project, ensuring alignment with construction phases and contractual requirements Collaborate with the Construction Manager to integrate field and subcontractor timelines into the master schedule Monitor progress, update schedules, and forecast upcoming activities to maintain project momentum Track labor hours, equipment usage, and subcontractor time using project management and time tracking tools. Identify potential scheduling conflicts or delays and work proactively to develop mitigation plans Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly schedule reports for both internal teams and external stakeholders Assist with resource planning and allocation to improve productivity and reduce downtime Support project close-out activities, including final schedule reconciliation and documentation

YOUR

Experience:

Diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field Proven experience as a Scheduling Coordinator in mechanical contracting or construction is an asset Proficiency in Microsoft Project Experience with time tracking systems and labor reporting tools Strong understanding of construction workflows, especially within HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills Ability to collaborate effectively with field teams, project managers, and subcontractors High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

SALARY: From $50,000-$55,000 per year depending on experience
