Bayshore is looking for a Reception Assistant / Client Service Coordinator to join our amazing team for a six month contract. This important customer service role is responsible for administrative tasks including answering phones, receiving visitors , answering service inquiries and scheduling field employees to client care assignments. Job Qualification
Who You Are

  • You have a desire to help improve the lives of those in your community
  • You are dedicated to providing high-quality service
  • You have a secondary school diploma along with completion of a related post secondary program such as Medical Terminology preferred
  • You have a minimum of two years of related customer service experience, preferably in healthcare
  • Conversational French is an asset
  • You have received the full series of a COVID-19 vaccine or combination of COVID-19 vaccines approved by Health Canada**
