About the Role
As a
Scheduler/CSR
, you'll be the key point of contact for our customers and technicians, handling service inquiries, scheduling repairs and installations, and ensuring our technicians have everything they need to succeed in the field. You'll balance customer service excellence with strong attention to detail and problem-solving to keep our operations efficient and our customers happy.
What You'll Do
Be the first friendly voice customers hear, answer calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism.
Schedule service calls, repairs, and installations, ensuring routes are optimized and timelines are met.
Communicate clearly with technicians and customers to coordinate appointments and follow-ups.
Enter and maintain accurate data in our CRM system.
Handle customer concerns promptly and find effective solutions.
Work closely with the Office Manager and field teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
What You Bring
Experience:
1-2 years in scheduling, customer service, or administrative coordination (experience in logistics, trades, or service industry is an asset).
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary in business, logistics, or administration preferred).
Language:
Bilingual (English/French) is required.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organization, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
A positive, professional attitude and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.
