Reporting to the Gatekeeper, the Maintenance Scheduler is responsible to ensure that weekly work execution is scheduled for efficient execution of work. This role is based in Redwater, Alberta and is not available for remote work.

What you will do:

• Maintain a 3-week schedule outlook ensuring that Routine, PM, PdM and project work orders are scheduled consistent with the Nutrien Work Management Process such that priority and time in backlog are considered, including ongoing evaluation of task intervals and maintenance plan content
• Ensure that the weekly work execution schedule is built and optimized for efficient execution of work according to the RNO Work Management Process
• Analyze data, leading schedule review meetings, and providing reports and information to stakeholders
• Lead schedule meetings to maintain daily maintenance rhythm
• Communicate additional resource requirements or work priority conflicts to planning and scheduling supervisor as they arise, and work to resolve
• Prepare reports for key maintenance schedule metrics and analyze variances in schedule performance
• Schedule all capital project work in Primavera for work execution optimization, as well as STAC for permitting purposes
• Identify and lead critical path reviews, and scenario analysis meetings with key stakeholders

What you will bring:

• High School Diploma
• Excellent understanding of SAP, Microsoft Office Suite including Power BI, and PRIMAVERA
• Understanding and ability to follow Nutrien Redwater Work Management Process
• Familiar with construction and maintenance methods and techniques 5+ years in industrial setting
• Ability to communicate across all levels of the site organization
