Summary



We are seeking a Schedule and Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team at Norelco Cabinets Ltd. In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing our scheduling, coordinating and project support. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our mission of creating beautiful, customized cabinetry that meets the unique needs of our clients.

Roles and Responsibilities



Client Communication and Support



Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding delivery, installation, and service timelines. Provide timely updates to clients on schedules, any changes, or project progress. Respond promptly to client inquiries, concerns, and requests.

Scheduling Coordination:



Coordinate and manage schedules for deliveries, installations, and service appointments. Work closely with installation, service, and delivery teams to ensure all resources are aligned for scheduled jobs. Communicate schedule updates and changes to all relevant teams and clients to avoid disruptions.

Team Communication



Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams, ensuring accurate communication of client requirements and expectations. Notify teams of any special instructions, site conditions, or client preferences before scheduled appointments. Facilitate any adjustments needed for staffing or resources to meet scheduling demands.

Documentation and Tracking



Maintain organized records of client communication, scheduling details, and any project updates. Track the progress of installations and services, ensuring milestones are met and communicating any delays or issues. Document any special notes, issues, or follow-up actions for each client to ensure smooth ongoing communication.

Problem Resolution



Identify and address scheduling conflicts, client issues, or resource shortages, working to resolve these proactively. Collaborate with the installation, service, and delivery teams to quickly address any last-minute changes or challenges. Keep clients informed of any resolutions, timeline adjustments, or actions taken.

Client Satisfaction and Follow-up



Conduct follow-up calls or communications after installations or services to ensure client satisfaction.
Gather feedback from clients on service quality and note any areas for improvement.

Proactively maintain positive client relationships through clear, reliable communication and problem solving.

Process Improvement



Suggest and implement process improvements for scheduling and client communication. Identify recurring scheduling or communication issues and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
The duties and responsibilities of this role will shift from time to time as the company and role evolves.

Requirements



1-2 years experience in scheduling, coordinating, (construction, manufacturing or logistics is a bonus) Proficiency in Email, Excel, calendar tools, or scheduling systems ( ERP systems experience an asset) Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; able to manage timelines, tasks, or appointments and know how to prioritize. Strong communication skills; clear, professional and speaking ability. Experience dealing directly with customers or clients. Ability to start in October Work on Site daily
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour
