Overview


We are looking for a

reliable and skilled Scaffolder

to join our team.

Reliability is key

. Someone committed to being on time every day. The Scaffolder will be responsible for

leading crews

in constructing, erecting, and dismantling

scaffolding structures

at various

residential and commercial sites

to ensure that workers can safely reach elevated areas. This role requires

physical strength

, a strong understanding of

safety protocols

, and the ability to work in

all weather conditions

.

Requirements:



Valid Driver's License

Experience driving a

3-ton or 5-ton truck

Minimum 3 years' experience

as a scaffold crew leader, if no experience, please don't apply Must

live locally

Reliable daily attendance required

Must speak

English proficiently

Duties



Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction crew members on-site. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations at all times. Interpret and work from schematics and blueprints to guide project execution. Oversee concrete forming, flooring installation, drywall installation, and caulking tasks. Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively to complete various construction tasks. Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure quality standards are met. Provide training and mentorship to crew members on best practices in construction techniques. Assist in construction estimating by providing input on project timelines and resource needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
