Job Description

Blue Water Wash provides industrial cleaning for livestock trucks and trailers as well as custom washing of RVs, farm equipment and heavy machinery.

We are looking for a motivated leader on our team at Blue Water Wash in Brandon in the role of

Lead Hand

on our Saturday Weekend Shift

Hours:

Saturday: Open (7:45 am) - Close (4:00 - 5:00 pm)

Ability to cover on Sunday shift as required (11:00 am - 4:00 pm)

Responsibilities include:

Working with Management & Leadership to run the shift

Proficient Oral & Written communication skills

o Communicate with Dispatch

o Hold daily shift safety meetings

Washing equipment as required

Building a positive team environment

Ensuring trailer washes meet specifications

Ensuring SOP's are followed

Providing excellent customer service by phone and in person

Completion of paperwork

Movement of Livestock Trailer with Yard/Shunt Truck or Customer Semi's

Light duty repairs & maintenance at facility

Maximize efficiencies on the shift

Customer satisfaction and ensuring Bio-Security standards are achieved is critical to this position.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 13 per week
