Today, Edge Transportation specializes in flat deck, drayage, heavy haul & over-dimensional freight service throughout North America. Edge Transportation Services Ltd., a member of Siemens Transportation Group Inc., requires a Driver Relations Administrator at their Saskatoon, SK location. This position is Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

Responsibilities

• Handle Driver payroll functions
• Process Driver Tripsheets, including data entry of expenses
• Process Bills of Lading, Loadsheets and Customs Paperwork
• Answer switchboard, transfer calls/take messages
• Open and sort mail
• Handle and sign for incoming and outgoing courier items
• Order and maintain office supplies
• Maintain Driver personnel files

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience in the trucking industry is considered an asset
