Our Client requires a SAP SuccessFactors Global EC Benefits Lead - with Canada country requirements experience. A consultant who has the necessary Assessment experience to facilitate client discussions with the objective of defining business processes, gathering requirements, and performing a fit/gap assessment based on solution capabilities.
Role: SAP SuccessFactors Global EC Benefits Lead -Canada
Start: Jan 2026
End: April 2026
Duration: initially 3 months/ Assessment
Location: Calgary Hybrid ? Some travel required for workshops.
Works hours ? MT
Requirements
Min 10+ year experience in SAP SF
Implementation experience in SF EC Global Benefits
Solution Lead experience
Canadian ?localization/ country requirements? experience.
Assessment experience/ requirement gathering, fit gap, client facing workshops.
Define business processes, gathering requirements, and performing a fit/gap assessment based on solution capabilities
Strong Communication skills - experience to facilitate client discussions
Project experience migrating from ECC to SF
