The Opportunity



We are seeking a highly technical and results-driven SAP Solution Architect to design, advise, and implement SAP solutions for our clients. This role demands a dynamic individual with deep experience across SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and integration with third-party systems. This is a full-time employment engagement.

The successful candidate will combine technical expertise with strong consulting and communication skills, bringing value directly to our customers while bridging the gap between business stakeholders, development teams, and technical delivery. Experience in pre-sales, client advisory, and solution delivery in a consulting environment is highly desirable. Familiarity with Neptune Software is considered a strong asset.

Responsibilities and Duties



1. Solution Architecture

Be recognized as an expert in SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and SAP BTP solutions. Lead the design and architecture of scalable SAP landscapes and integration strategies. Translate business requirements into effective solution roadmaps and technical specifications.

2. Client Engagement

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, aligning SAP solutions with their strategic goals. Support pre-sales activities including RFP responses, solution demonstrations, and technical input for proposals. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Our clients are based in both Canada and the United States. Successful applicants must be legally authorized to work and travel in either country.

3. Integration and interfacing

Design and implement integration strategies between SAP and third-party systems. Leverage tools such as SAP Cloud Connector, SAP CPI, PI/PO, and APIs for seamless hybrid connectivity and data flow. Ensure integration solutions meet performance, security, and compliance requirements.

4. Project Solution Leadership and Support

Provide architectural oversight and guidance to delivery teams. Collaborate with developers, functional consultants, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. Troubleshoot complex solution issues and recommend improvements.

5. Continuous Improvement and Knowledge Sharing

Stay current with SAP advancements, industry trends, and best practices. Share knowledge with internal teams and client stakeholders through workshops, documentation, and presentations. Continuously seek feedback from clients to enhance solution offerings.

SAP Expertise: Deep knowledge of SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and BTP landscapes. Integration: Strong experience with SAP Cloud Connector, SAP PI/PO, CPI, APIs, and 3rd-party system interfaces. Infrastructure: Understanding of SAP landscape management, upgrades, and migrations. Desirable: Familiarity with Neptune Software for SAP extension and mobile enablement.

Solution Demonstrations: Deliver compelling solution demos and architecture presentations. Public Speaking: Confidently present solutions in client meetings, workshops, and industry forums.

Continuous Improvement



Feedback Integration: Incorporate client feedback to refine and enhance solutions. Adaptability: Stay current with SAP's evolving technology landscape.

Education



University degree preferred. SAP Certification is an asset.

Interview Process

30-minute virtual interview with a member of our team. Selection exercises - both written and verbal. 1-2 virtual 60-minute interviews with members of our team. In-person 60-minute values and fit interview with the CEO and Founder. Reference checks. A decision is communicated, and an offer is extended.
