Job Description
Role name: SAP S/4 PP & QM Functional Consultant
Location: Toronto - Hybrid(2-3days)
Duration: 6+months Contract, Extendable
Expereince Level : 7+yrs
SAP S/4 PP & QM (Production Planning & Quality Management) Onsite
Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in full cycle SAP implementation and rollout projects.
Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in designing, configuring and testing the functionalities of SAP PP (Production Planning) & QM (Quality Management) modules.
Experience in S/4 HANA PP & QM End to end implementation project each at least (both PP and QM).
Serve as Onsite SPOC for PP-QM, effectively interacting with client IT / Business Teams and offshore project teams.
Knowledge and understanding of Manufacturing business processes.
Knowledge of SAP PP & QM key integration points with other SAP modules (MM, eWM, ME/MII, FI/CO).
Experience in SAP QM - Quality Planning, Quality Inspection & Quality control, Master data, integration with non-SAP system etc.
Experience in S/4 HANA PP Shop Floor Handling, integration with embedded EWM process like Material staging.
S/4 HANA Fiori apps knowledge in both PP and QM.
S/4 HANA Production planning integration knowledge with MES system, order confirmation, checking and finding issue during the data flow from SAP to MES and vice versa.
Experience in Data Migration and cutover activities
Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables at the same time.
