The Opportunity

The EY team within the Business Consulting domain is looking for dynamic SAP - PM with a background of SAP Plant Maintenance with S/4 HANA, who can build their skills in the IT Consulting space. The professionals are eager to learn new SAP concepts, working with our experienced team on our projects. Your Key Responsibilities

  • Working on our SAP projects, working closely with EY team members and our clients
  • Working effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating team members on progress
  • Providing effective management support to project teams on small to medium sized projects, or assisting Senior Managers/Partners on streams of other large projects.
  • Completion of client invoicing at month end and Co-ordination of project reporting requirements
  • Completion of client invoicing at month end
  • Supporting control and reporting of project profitability of actual versus forecast for the short term and full project duration
  • Ensuring project documents are created and maintained to the required standards
  • Supporting the on boarding of new project team members and any other reasonable duty or request

  • Ability to lead a team of consulting professionals on multiple projects

  • To qualify for the role, you must have:
  • Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in information systems, commerce, accounting, computer science, engineering, business, finance and/or other related major
  • Minimum 4 years to 10 years of experience in SAP PMO space.
  • Minimum 4 years to 10 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance.
  • Proven experience of programme coordination and administration
  • Knowledge of project management tools and techniques
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Good numeracy and excel skills. A level of understanding of accountancy principles would be an advantage.
  • Strong prioritisation and organisation skills to balance key priorities
  • A strong customer centric approach.
  • Technical skills required are, MS Project, MS Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
  • Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines with confidence and ease
  • Highly professional, with the ability to work in challenging, diverse and evolving client environments
  • Ability to identify and address client needs, including developing and sustaining meaningful client relationships
  • Flexible with the ability and willingness to learn quickly, and leverage skills in new situations
  • Experience in Mining Industry would be an asset
  • Bilingualism (English and French) would be an asset
